Taxes SUMMER TAXES Summer Taxes will be collected by Raisin Charter Township for the year starting July 1 - September 14, 2009. 1% per month after September 14, 2009 will be added to the tax bills. 3% penalty after February 15, 2010. For
those persons who find the above dates inconvenient, you are requested to
pay by MAIL. WE ENCOURAGE THE PAYMENT BY MAIL. All taxes
postmarked after due date shall bear interest. Please make check or
Money Order payable to: If you need a paid receipt, please return both copies with your payment, the top copy will be returned to you. Also send a stamped self-addressed envelope. Please be aware that there is an after hours drop box located near the front door of the Township Office. WINTER TAXES Winter taxes will be collected from December 1, 2009 thru Feb 15, 2010 after Feb. 15, 2010 there will be a 3% penalty added plus 1% int . thru March 1, 2010.
